Rock drilling method "Kachiwari-kun Method"

Since large stones can be split on-site, the effort of removing them sideways is reduced, resulting in decreased work loss!

The "Kachi-Waru Kimi Method" is an environmentally friendly rock excavation technique that quickly crushes and can also perform small splitting using wedges and core materials. To enable continuous operations of rock breaking plus small splitting, we developed a "special core-inserted wedge-shaped chisel." Furthermore, the wedge's effectiveness is sustained even in hard rock, and durability has been improved. This is a low-pollution technology that takes into account the surrounding environment and working conditions. 【Features】 ■ Crushing while performing small splitting operations ■ Low pollution: Noise 81dB, Vibration 52dB ■ Shortened construction period: 222m3/day for medium-hard rock *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Rock excavation method "Step-cutting Seriya method"

Crushing the bedrock from the bottom with a crushing force of 12,700 tons! It can split the rock horizontally at the protruding parts, thereby suppressing the occurrence of small fractures.

The "Segmented Wedge Drilling Method" is a technique that enables excavation (crushing) without affecting the remaining parts during rock mass excavation. With three protrusions, it allows for horizontal rock splitting from the bottom, and the competition between rocks can suppress the occurrence of small fragments. It can handle rock strengths from medium hard rock to hard rock II, demonstrating a significant rock splitting force of 12,700 tons. 【Features】 ■ Silent and vibration-free during crushing due to wedge-type tensile failure ■ Direction of excavation (crushing) can be controlled, minimizing the impact on remaining parts ■ Rocks are crushed and split horizontally in one crushing operation, reducing small fragments due to rock competition ■ With a rock splitting force of 12,700 tons, it exhibits powerful crushing capability, improving work efficiency ■ The crawler drill can utilize the soundproof type "Shizumaru-kun" for environmental measures ■ Crushed rock can be reused as fill material by utilizing the "Pakatto-kun Method" *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
